Shipping and Delivery Policy
Order Processing Time

We process orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays). Orders are then sent to our fulfillment team for shipping preparation. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

All orders are shipped directly to you from our fulfillment center. We aim to deliver within the following timeframes after processing:

Global Delivery: 4–5 workdays, regardless of location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays (e.g., King’s Day in the Netherlands), customs delays for international orders, or unforeseen carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and are displayed at checkout:

0–500g: $30 (€27, based on current exchange rates).
Each additional 500g: $10 (€9).
Example: An order weighing 501–1000g will cost $40 (€36) to ship.

We strive to provide accurate shipping costs based on your order’s weight. You’ll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email within 1–2 days of dispatch. You can track your package using the provided link. If you don’t receive tracking details within 5 workdays of placing your order, please contact us at support@sirenehair.com.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, especially for orders outside the EU. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.

Potential Delays

While we aim to deliver within 4–5 workdays, delays may occur due to factors like holidays, customs processing, or carrier issues. We’ll notify you via email if there’s a significant delay and provide an updated delivery estimate.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at support@sirenehair.com with photos of the damage. For lost orders, reach out to us, and we’ll work to resolve the issue. We’re committed to ensuring you’re delighted with your Sirène purchase!

Return And Refund Policy – Sirene Hair

Return Policy

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

To qualify for a return:
- The hair product must remain sealed in its original packaging.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Wigs in custom sizes other than medium are non-returnable, as medium is our standard size. Custom-sized wigs are made to order.
- All custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Important: Hair that has been removed from its packaging, washed, cut, colored, plucked, curled, or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Sirene Hair is not liable for returns that are not received. Always use a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued upon prior approval by Sirene Hair. As a general policy, cash refunds are not offered unless otherwise agreed. In most cases, we issue a store credit equal to the value of your purchase.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:
1. Double-check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card provider – processing times can vary.
3. Reach out to your bank – some delays may occur.

Shipping & Liability

Once your order leaves our facility and is transferred to the shipping provider, Sirene Hair is no longer responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

All customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damage & Public Defamation

While we welcome honest feedback, we kindly request that conflicts or concerns be addressed directly with us.

Public defamation, including but not limited to social media posts, negative reviews with malicious intent, or any deliberate damage to our reputation, may result in a fine of €5,000 or more for reputational harm.
