Shipping and Delivery Policy

Order Processing Time

We process orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays). Orders are then sent to our fulfillment team for shipping preparation. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

All orders are shipped directly to you from our fulfillment center. We aim to deliver within the following timeframes after processing:

  • Global Delivery: 4–5 workdays, regardless of location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays (e.g., King’s Day in the Netherlands), customs delays for international orders, or unforeseen carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and are displayed at checkout:

  • 0–500g: $30 (€27, based on current exchange rates).
  • Each additional 500g: $10 (€9).
  • Example: An order weighing 501–1000g will cost $40 (€36) to ship.

We strive to provide accurate shipping costs based on your order’s weight. You’ll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email within 1–2 days of dispatch. You can track your package using the provided link. If you don’t receive tracking details within 5 workdays of placing your order, please contact us at support@sirenehair.com.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, especially for orders outside the EU. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.

Potential Delays

While we aim to deliver within 4–5 workdays, delays may occur due to factors like holidays, customs processing, or carrier issues. We’ll notify you via email if there’s a significant delay and provide an updated delivery estimate.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at support@sirenehair.com with photos of the damage. For lost orders, reach out to us, and we’ll work to resolve the issue. We’re committed to ensuring you’re delighted with your Sirène purchase!
